Rural Energy Independence, Redefined

Bednorz Energy LLC was founded in 2025 with a clear mission: prove that rural agricultural communities can lead America's clean energy transition—without sacrificing the land that defines them.

Headquartered in Hermitage, Tennessee, and operating in Box Elder County, Utah, we specialize in agrivoltaics—the co-location of solar energy systems with active agricultural operations. This dual land-use model generates clean electricity while supporting the local farming economy.

Our approach combines rigorous technical planning, deep knowledge of federal funding programs including USDA REAP grants, and genuine commitment to rural community partnership. We don't just build solar projects—we build lasting relationships with the communities we serve.

As a legally formed Utah LLC with a federal Employer Identification Number, we operate with full transparency and regulatory compliance at every stage of development.
